At CPAP Guys we realize that most CPAP users go through many different types of CPAP masks before they find the right one for their needs. The cost of purchasing these items can be rather costly. Here at CPAP guys we have put together a program that lets you shop with confidence when choosing a new mask purchase. The way it currently works is when you receive your CPAP mask from a company, open it and try it on; your warranty is voided on that CPAP mask. You are not allowed to return packages that have been opened from the original packaging, however with Mask Insurance all of this has changed! By purchasing the mask insurance option at check out, you can now be confident that you will find the right mask for you.

Mask Insurance is great for customers that want to try a new mask for the first time or are unhappy with their current mask and want to switch to a different mask that may work better for them. Usually this is a very costly process to try different types of mask as each one can be rather expensive. With our mask insurance you can try the mask for up to 30 days and if you are not satisfied you can return it no questions asked. This will allow you to find the right fit for your therapy.

Policy

CPAPGuys.com Mask Insurance Feature is to allow you the customer the opportunity to purchase a CPAP Mask with confidence that this will be the best mask interface for your therapy use. The Mask Insurance Feature allows you, the customer, a 30 day period from the date of purchase to try the mask interface and ensure that it is the right fit for you. You may return the mask to CPAPGuys.com for a full refund of the mask price less the price of shipping.

Mask Insurance Feature may not be available on all masks at CPAPGuys.com. CPAPGuys.com reserves the right to change the cost of this feature periodically as situations permit. The insurance option is honored on all eligible mask purchases. Open box items or some sale items are not covered under this feature. Also we reserve the right to discontinue this option at anytime.

Mask Insurance Feature is not available on mask and machine bundle packs or open box items.

Prices are subject to change at anytime, also we are not able to offer low price guarantee on the Mask Insurance Feature.

Mask Insurance Feature can only be purchased during the mask order. You have both items in your cart upon checkout.

CPAP Guys will enclose a return shipping label with your packaging to allow for your return within the 30 time period. If returning, please contact CPAP Guys before your package is shipped back for a return authorization number. Once received, CPAP Guys will provide a refund within 10 business days of receipt of your return.

Mask must be returned with the original manufacturer packaging, including all parts and papers. If a mask is returned without any of the above, the result will be a denial in the claim.
